Senior Data Consultant

As a Senior Data Consultant, you play a key role in helping our clients make smarter decisions using data. You combine technical expertise with business acumen, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients. You lead the design and implementation of data solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and drive impact.

Beyond project delivery, you will also guide and coach a small team of data consultants (2-3 profiles), helping them develop their skills and grow in their role.

What will you do?

• Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and data needs, translating them into actionable solutions.
• Design and implement modern data platforms, analytics solutions, and AI-driven insights.
• Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timeline.
• Guide, coach, and manage junior data consultants, providing mentorship and hands-on support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in data & analytics and contribute to knowledge sharing within Volve.

Who are we looking for?

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Otherwise, proof of significant relevant experience is also accepted.
• You have 5+ years of experience in data consulting, analytics, or a related field.
• You have a strong technical foundation in data platforms (Azure, SQL, Power BI, or similar), ETL, and AI/ML applications.
• You understand business processes and can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• You have experience in leading projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
• You enjoy mentoring and coaching colleagues to help them grow.
• You are a strong communicator, capable of explaining complex data concepts in a clear and accessible way.
