What will you do?

• Open application: Tell us about your background, ambitions and the type of data or AI role you’re looking for, we’ll match you to the right opportunity or client project as it opens up.
• Data & AI projects: Depending on your profile, contribute to projects in data engineering, analytics & BI, AI/ML, integration or cloud infrastructure.
• Client collaboration: Work directly with business and technical stakeholders to translate real-world problems into data-driven solutions.
• Cross-team learning: Team up with our DevOps, Integration and Data & AI consultants to broaden your skillset across the full data stack.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: Help shape how Volve grows as a start-up, your ideas and initiative genuinely move the needle here.
• Continuous growth: Stay curious and keep developing your expertise as our tech stack and client needs evolve.

Who are we looking for?

Must-haves

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• A genuine affinity with data: engineering, analytics, integration, cloud or AI, you know where your strengths lie.
• Entrepreneurial, curious mindset with an appetite for self-development, a true “datapreneur” spirit.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curious mindset with an appetite for self-development.
• Working proficiency in English & Dutch.

Nice-to-haves

• First experience (internship, student job or professional) with tools such as Azure, Python, SQL, Power BI, or Databricks.
• Interest in entrepreneurship and the drive to help build a growing start-up.
• Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment.
